Introduction to Intrapreneurship and Innovation provides a framework for how employees with an entrepreneurial mindset can navigate the complex and challenging environments within existing organizations to bring about a meaningful, practical, and effective change. This course focuses on the need for an innovative mindset and explores the concept of intrapreneurship and how it can take place from within an organization. Learners identify and navigate radical and incremental innovation. This course provides a roadmap for how individuals can plan, present, and execute innovative and entrepreneurial approaches. Learners explore how supporting this kind of entrepreneurial culture within the workplace environment can help attract and retain employees who are entrepreneurial-minded but not yet ready or able to start or join a new venture, or who desire to drive innovation within existing firms or institutions.

狼友社区 offers learners support from our Success Advisors, who can advise on academic planning, enrollment, time management, and other issues related to life as a student and working adult. 狼友社区 also offers other types of academic support, such as a writing resource center, research assistance from our online Librarian, and learning support within courses from the course instructor and the course facilitator. 狼友社区 also offers opportunities for learners to connect with each other to get support from their peers, include a Peer Mentor program and alumni communities.

What time commitment do I need to make?

Learners should expect to commit a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, per course. The max duration to complete a course is 8 weeks, but learners can move at a quicker pace if they like.

What's the deadline to enroll?

You may enroll at any time, but we recommend you enroll at least one week before your first course. This gives you enough time to complete your orientation and explore the learning environment before you start.

I missed the application deadline. Can I still apply?

You can! We accept new learners on the first of each month. So even though you missed one deadline, there's another start date around the corner.
